Lithium Manganese Iron Phosphate (LMFP) Cell Technology

LMFP technology is a car battery breakthrough. It combines the advantages of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) and nickel cobalt manganese (NCM) chemistries. Plus, REPT BATTERO’s unique Wending® technology improves it. This new technology offers energy densities of 430-520 Wh/L. So, it can power vehicles for over 700 km. It meets the industry’s demand for longer ranges.

New thermal management innovations reduce cell impedance and heat generation. This helps keep peak performance, even in tough conditions. This future battery technology for electric cars also works well in cold weather. It keeps over 80% discharge capacity at -30°C.

Also, LMFP batteries can charge from 10% to 80% in less than 18 minutes. This fast charging is key for today’s EVs.

GREEN CTP Battery Packs

REPT BATTERO’s GREEN CTP (Cell-to-Pack) technology is another battery breakthrough for electric cars. These battery packs use a mechanical fixation system, not adhesives.
